    Focus on good form while taking it slow so that you can absorb the cues and instructions at a manageable pace. Each class will focus on the foundational movements and strength building exercises needed for a more complex kettlebell drill. Progress to the Intermediate class to learn more about that specific kettlebell frill. Keep in mind that kettlebells are optional, so bust out that dusty dumbbell and let’s get moving!

    Equipment needed : water, yoga mat, and a dumbbell

    Duration : 10, 15, 20, 30 minute classes

    move through basic skills and build on that knowledge to try new movements. Each class will focus on a specific kettlebell drill that can progress to an Advanced class. Kettlebells are encouraged but not required. Get flowing with bootcamp and Hiit options!

  • advanced

    refine existing skills while challenging yourself with new ones. Kettlebells are mandatory, as we will switch between light and heavy bells to get the most out of our time. Recommended skills include swing, clean, and press.

    equipment needed : water, yoga mat, kettlebells, and shoes required

    duration : 15, 20, 30, 40 minute classes
