Let’s wake up and shake it up with movements out of the deep desert. tone and firm with pilates. elevate your heartrate with bootcamp. stabilize and strenthen with kettlebells. stretch and lengthen with yoga. Each class is formulated to balance out all modalities to give you a well rounded workout.

who is mojave moves?
My name’s Cristina and I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2009. In that time, I've taught 2,500+ classes and have received over 10 certifications across multiple modalities. In 2018, I was the first woman in the state of Nevada to achieve a Candidate Master of Sport ranking in competition Kettlebell, and was previously the Senior Master Kettlebell Instructor at TruFusion.
In 2020, I experienced a serious back injury in my lumbar spine. I was told I may never be able to do the things I love again. But with time, commitment, and a great deal of effort I've made a near full recovery. Since then, I have incorporated elements of physical therapy, rehab, and all the best recovery techniques into my classes to keep all of moving healthy and happy for as long as possible.
